Delivery Information

Upsy Baby® uses Fastway Couriers and Australia Post for deliveries.  Those out of network for Fastway Couriers will receive their orders via Registered Mail.

Fastway Couriers | Australia Only | Can take 1-5 Business Days and is Trackable, Insured up to $1500 and a Signature is required upon delivery. 

Registered Mail | Australia Only | Can take 1-5 Business Days and is Trackable, Insured up to $100 and a Signature is required upon delivery. 

Air Mail | New Zealand Only | Can take 7-14 Business Days

Pick up is also available from Kellyville, NSW.  Pick up is by appointment only. Please contact us via email to schedule a time.

 Delivery | Upsy Baby delivers Australia Wide and to New Zealand.  We use the Australia Post Shipping module for our website giving you an accurate shipping cost.

Shipping costs are influenced by the weight and dimensions of each product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on this information and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders dispatched are estimated at between 1-4 business days for Express Mail depending on your location within Australia and if it coincides with a weekend or Public Holiday.

New Zealand is estimated between 7-14 business days for Air Mail depending on your location within Australia and if it coincides with a weekend or Public Holiday.

International Customers | The Upsy Baby Website only allows orders for Australia and New Zealand only due to a large portion of our brands being restricted being shipped anywhere else in the World.

However we do ship Internationally but you will need to contact us first and let us know which products you are interested in.  If no restriction applies, we will be happy to invoice you through PayPal to make payment.  Invoicing, payment and all pricing is in Australian Dollars only - AUD.

Postage/Shipping Pricing | ALL quoted shipping prices are subject to change. Price changes will only be made in accordance with Australia Post charges for shipping and/or packaging costs and will be done automatically as we use the Australia Post Shipping module.

Depending on the size/weight of your order Upsy Baby may decide to ship your package using a courier or Registered mail.
