Terms and Conditions of Use

All pricing and shipping are quoted and charged in AUD - Australian Dollars only.

Orders will be shipped once payment is received.

 

Registered Mail | Registered Post can take between 2-7 business days to arrive to you. If you haven't received your order, we can track it but before you contact us please keep in mind to double check with your local Post Office as Registered Mail does not get delivered to you directly, you will have a slip put in your mailbox to collect it from your Post office.

 

Express Mail | Express Post can take between 1-3 business days to arrive to you, usually next day delivery. If you haven't received your order, we can track it but keep in mind that Express Post parcel are left safe on your door step.  There is no insurance if goods are damaged or lost otherwise we recommend to choose Registered Mail for peace of mind.

 

Parcel Post Plus | Parcel Post Plus can take between 1-5 business days to arrive to you depending on your location. If you haven't received your order, we can track it but keep in mind that Parcel Post Plus parcels are left safe on your door step.  There is no insurance if goods are damaged or lost otherwise we recommend to choose Registered Mail for peace of mind.

 

Special Orders | Upsy Baby is happy to assist with taking Special Orders that are not currently on our website or otherwise but we do require payment upfront before purchasing, no excetions. Special orders will be confirmed with Suppliers or Manufacturers prior to taking your payment. In the event that your order cannot be filled even after confirmation and payment, you will be fully refunded.

 

Free Shipping | Free Shipping applies to purchases that are valued at $150 and over and are shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail. 

 

Product Availability | As we list both stocked items and items that can be ordered in for you, you will be able to purchase as per normal through the Upsy Baby® website with no special procedures to follow - we'll take care of it for you!  We do our utmost to supply products ordered but all products on our website are supplied subject to availability.

 

Ordering | Our website will allow you to order stock (in stock or otherwise) unless unavailable for purchase due to being sold out or is temporarily unavailable for purchase from the Supplier.  Either way you can get us to automatically notify you when a product is back in stock via the product page.

 

Purchasing Greater Than Stock Levels | If you purchase a product that is greater than the stock available, no worries - it will just be ordered in for you!  We will notify you immediately and your order will be held aside until all stock is available for shipping unless you request otherwise.

However, in the event that goods displayed on our website may not be available, we will notify you immediately and we will ship the balance of your order that is available and issue you with a refund for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.

 

Out Of Stock | If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within two days, and given an expected date of arrival or a full refund.

 

Time Frames | If you place an order with multiple Availability time frames, your order will be held aside until all stock is available for shipping.  In the event that an item is delayed, we will send out your remaining order.  Once receiving back-ordered stock, this will be forwarded to you at no additional cost.  All delivery timeframes are quoted on each product page and also depend on supplier availability.
